Andrea Sereda battled her weight since childhood. At her highest weight of over 300 pounds, she had Type 2 Diabetes, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and could barely walk some days due to debilitating joint pain. After losing more than half of her body weight, she now works to help others make small changes that add up to big results. Known for her fun and engaging ways to get people eating better and moving more, Andrea has helped countless clients improve their health and surpass their goals through 1:1 behavioural health and nutrition coaching, live streamed and on demand fitness classes, and her free private Facebook for women who want to transform how they feel about food, movement, and themselves. In early February she is launching a workshop series on emotional eating. Andrea was thrilled to have the opportunity to share her story in Forks Over Knives Magazine, Impact Magazine as an Athlete With Impact, the Chicago Tribune and through numerous television appearances.
She will join us to share her story and offer some easy, practical ways to take steps towards becoming the healthiest versions of ourselves.
