Welcome to our Fall Church Season! Did you experience the energy and excitement of Showcase Sunday last week? Thank you to all who created such wonderfully colourful and informative displays, and to all who came to enjoy them along with the ice cream cones from the Youth Group and snacks from Muffin Ministry. As well, we blessed many backpacks of our children and youth, and we kicked off our kidZone programming.
This Sunday the excitement continues. We gather again to sing, pray, and reflect together in worship. And we continue our exploring of what our scriptures are calling us to as ministry partners in northwest Calgary. This week’s scripture offers us some direct guidance on how we express our faith in our world, focusing our values, finding our balance, and seeking creative ways we can be God’s beloved community.
