From Rev. Nancy Nourse

Sometimes we plan way ahead when organizing events for the church. But on a whim, we put together a last-minute tobogganing party for families at the church. It was a beautiful afternoon – blue sunny skies, and lengthening shadows as we move closer to winter.
It was a chance to have some fun with old friends, and great to meet new friends too. Even some three generation families were present. A few of our teenagers sped down the hills, their sleds going further than anyone thought possible. For our little ones, it was their first time on a toboggan and they were surprized by being blanketed by a spray of snow as their sleds glided to a stop. So much fun!
The best part was warming up with a mug of hot chocolate and marshmallows!
